On the night of April 9, the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with 119 UAVs such as Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types of drones. Ukrainian air defense shot down and suppressed 99 enemy drones.

Guards – TOT AR of Crimea;

Air defense operation at night
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, EW units and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, 119 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas type and drones of other types in the north, south and east of the country were shot down/suppressed by air defense.
16 strike UAVs were hit at 11 locations, as well as a fall of downed (debris) at four locations.
