Acting General Director of the state enterprise Lisiv Ukrainy, Igor Zubovych, was accrued 732,500 UAH in salary for July. After tax deductions, the actual payment received by the manager was 564,000 UAH.
This was reported by Glavcom, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The state enterprise reported that the specified amount was the official’s only income for the last month, with no other accruals provided. The contract terms and the manager’s base salary were approved by the Supervisory Board of the institution on July 10.
Career path and appointment to the position
Igor Zubovych began working at Lisiv Ukrainy in May 2026, serving as Operational Director and head of the committee for transforming the enterprise into a joint-stock company. From July 1, the Supervisory Board tasked him with performing the duties of General Director.
Before moving to the forestry sector, the expert served as Deputy Minister of Economy, having been appointed to that position in August 2025. Previously, the enterprise was headed by Yurii Bolokhovets, who managed the structure since its establishment in September 2022.
Payments to the previous manager
The financial results of the former head, Yurii Bolokhovets, differ significantly from those of his successor. Specifically, in June 2026, he was accrued 9.2 million UAH, of which 7.68 million UAH was a performance-based bonus, and 651,000 UAH was compensation for unused vacation days.
After mandatory budget deductions, Yurii Bolokhovets received 7.1 million UAH. In total, for the period from 2022 to 2026, he received 27.63 million UAH in salary, of which 21.48 million UAH was paid out net. The enterprise is currently preparing to select a permanent head and plans to spend 1.92 million UAH on services for the search and selection of candidates.
