The list of lots includes chemical giant Sumykhimprom and real estate assets
From October 12 to 16, the State Property Fund of Ukraine will hold 43 electronic auctions for the sale of state-owned assets. The list of the most expensive and large-scale lots includes industrial enterprises and real estate in several regions. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The most significant asset for the upcoming auctions is a controlling stake in JSC Sumykhimprom. The state is offering 99.9952% of the enterprise’s share capital, located in Sumy. The starting price for this asset is over 1 billion hryvnias, with the auction scheduled for October 13.
Privatization scale
Another key lot is the unified property complex of the Rozdil Mining and Chemical Enterprise Sirka in the Lviv region. Its total area reaches almost 20,000 square meters, and the starting price is set at 6.3 million hryvnias. The auction for this asset will be held on October 14.
Real estate and unfinished construction
Auctions for a property complex in the Chernivtsi region, covering over 3,000 square meters with a starting price of 5.3 million hryvnias, are scheduled for October 12. Additionally, a group of assets in the Chernihiv region with a total area of 2,100 square meters, priced at 1.3 million hryvnias, is set for auction on October 16.
The investment opportunities list also includes an unfinished veterinary clinic building in the Zakarpattia region. The degree of completion is estimated at 60%, with a starting price of 1.36 million hryvnias. The sale is scheduled for October 13.
