Free electronic seal for software cash registers is issued in two minutes via the app

The bank has attracted over 11 million users during its eight years of operation in the Ukrainian market. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine (Анна Шиканова), according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Managing finances requires entrepreneurs to invest considerable effort and time in daily transactions and documentation. To optimize these processes, the financial institution has integrated key tools into a unified digital ecosystem. Clients can monitor assets using a mobile application or through a personal account on a desktop computer.
Remote account opening and foreign exchange operations
The registration procedure for sole proprietors takes about two minutes, with no fees for opening and subsequent maintenance. Users also have access to free transfers to requisites in other financial institutions of Ukraine. Foreign currency accounts in dollars and euros with the possibility of international SWIFT transactions allow working with international partners.
Legal entities receive 14% per annum on the balance of funds if the amount in the hryvnia account exceeds 100,000 hryvnias. In addition, companies can use a free payroll service with a 1% cashback during the first year. Furthermore, business owners get the opportunity to grant accountants secure access to accounts without sharing confidential passwords.
Modern tools for accepting payments
Accepting payments from customers is possible directly from a smartphone using QR stands or mobile terminals. Online stores can connect acquiring tools with Apple Pay and Google Pay support via plata by mono. According to financial institution statistics, over 98% of such transactions are successful on the first attempt.
The Buy in Parts service helps businesses increase product sales by up to 20%. For urgent coverage of current expenses, the Business Advance service is provided with a limit of up to 1,000,000 hryvnias depending on acquiring volumes. The commission for using these funds is 1.5% for 30 days.
Electronic seal for software registrars
Recently, the bank introduced a free electronic seal for software cash registers, which is issued directly in the application. Previously, entrepreneurs had to apply to third-party service providers and pay up to 720 hryvnias per year for certificates. Now it is enough to go to the monoKEP section, take a selfie, and set a password in about two minutes.
The validity period of such a seal is two years, and its use allows several employees to work with a single cash register. In case of a cashier dismissal, reissuing the key is not necessary, as it belongs directly to the business owner. Before starting work, the certificate must be registered with the tax service and downloaded into the cash register program.
