Brigadier General Denys Prokopenko, known by his call sign Redis, has officially assumed command of the Azov military group in the Donetsk region. This appointment is part of a broader reform of the defence management system in eastern Ukraine.

According to a survey by Norstat, 76.3% of Lithuanian citizens support the introduction of general military conscription. More than half of the respondents believe that this initiative should be implemented faster than originally planned.
