In September 2026, the volume of tax breaks for the import of tobacco raw materials in Ukraine reached 4.4 billion UAH. This amount exceeded the preferences granted for equipment for the restoration of energy infrastructure.

Ukraine failed to attract 26 billion euros in foreign funding on time due to the government’s failure to meet obligations regarding the preparation of legislative acts. The total budget deficit is currently 49.5 billion euros.
