On April 2, a soldier of the RTCC and the joint venture was mortally wounded in Lviv.
This was announced by the head of the Lviv OVA Maxim Kozitsky and the National Police, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
According to police, at about 14:15, a message was received on special line 102 that an unknown person stabbed a CCC soldier in the neck on Paton Street in Lviv during an alert, and then fled.
Despite the efforts of doctors, the victim died from his injuries in the hospital.
Now a special operation is being carried out to search for the attacker.
Investigators began criminal proceedings under paragraph 8 of Part 2 of Art. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years or life imprisonment.
