Since the launch of the e-Housing program, over 25,000 Ukrainian families have received preferential loans for the purchase of housing for a total amount of UAH 45 billion. This was reported by Ukrinform, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on Telegram. The PromPolitInform portal informs.

“Over 25,000 Ukrainian families have purchased their own housing thanks to e-Housing. Loans for UAH 45 billion have already been issued since the launch of the program,” the head of government wrote.

She noted that 47% of program participants are military and law enforcement officers. For them, as well as for employees of the State Emergency Service, teachers, doctors and scientists, the program has a preferential rate of 3% per annum. Internally displaced Ukrainians and residents of frontline communities can also take advantage of the e-Housing program.

Svyrydenko recalled that the state compensates 70% of the first mortgage payment, 70% of monthly loan payments during the first year, and also covers the costs of document processing – up to 40 thousand UAH.

“We will continue to update the terms of the program to the realities of the time so that as many Ukrainians as possible can purchase their own home,” the head of government noted.

As reported, since the beginning of 2026, 3,106 Ukrainian families have used the “e-Housing” program; the total amount of preferential housing loans provided amounted to over 6 billion UAH.

The “e-Housing” program was launched in October 2022 and is one of the components of the “Made in Ukraine” policy, aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian goods and creating favorable conditions for the development of production.
