The increased activity of strategic aviation, the combat readiness of Iskander systems, and cruise missile carriers indicate that russia is preparing for another large-scale attack on Ukrainian cities.
This is not only about attempts to cause physical destruction, but also about the Kremlin’s traditional tactic of psychological pressure on the civilian population.
The readiness of Tu-95MS and Tu-160 bombers signals the risk of large-scale use of Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles against critical infrastructure, energy facilities, logistics, and military command centers. At the same time, the preparation of Iskander-M, Iskander-K, and Zircon systems points to a possible combined attack using different types of missiles — from ballistic to hypersonic and sea-launched systems. Such tactics complicate the work of air defense systems by forcing them to disperse resources across multiple directions.
Special attention should also be paid to the deployment of Kalibr missile carriers in Novorossiysk. Russia continues to use the Black Sea as a platform for missile terror despite регулярные удары Украины по военным объектам в Крыму и попытки оттеснить Черноморский флот рф дальше от украинского побережья.
These signals once again confirm that the enemy is relying on exhausting the rear, intimidating the population, and creating an atmosphere of constant tension. At the same time, this also indicates something else — Russia is unable to achieve a strategic breakthrough on the battlefield and therefore traditionally returns to attacks on civilian infrastructure and peaceful cities.
In the coming days, it is critically important to pay close attention to air raid alerts, especially in the central and western regions of the country. The experience of recent months shows that even when part of the missiles are intercepted by air defense systems, the enemy attempts to overwhelm defenses through the scale and combination of attack methods.
