Today, on August 18, in the afternoon, emergency and rescue operations were completed in the village of Pechenyhy, Chuhuyiv district, Kharkiv region, where two Russian “Banderol” missiles hit in the morning. Ten people were killed and at least 18 injured as a result of the Russian attack. Kharkiv Times was informed about this by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of the region and the Kharkiv regional military administration. The PromPolitInform portal informs.
Also, as a result of this attack, a cafe, which was hit by one of the hits, and seven cars on an area of 400 sq. meters caught fire. The fire was extinguished by rescuers.
“10 private houses, a post office, 5 shops and 15 cars were also damaged,” the KHOVA reported.
As journalists were told by the regional administration, two injured people remain in hospital. Their condition is stable.
