The Cabinet of Ministers has instructed to allocate over 3 billion hryvnias from the state budget reserve fund to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attack on the city of Vyshneve in the Kyiv region, which occurred on July 6. As reported by the PromPolitInform portal, this was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development.
The funding will be used to restore damaged housing, repair engineering infrastructure and pay compensation to residents whose property was damaged as a result of Russian shelling.
“Our task is to help people return to normal life as quickly as possible. The state will provide both compensation to the owners of damaged housing and financing for the reconstruction of destroyed houses and the restoration of critical infrastructure,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Development Oleksiy Kuleba.
According to the ministry, a total of 280 residential buildings were damaged in the attack in Vyshneve. Of these, 253 are private, and another 27 are apartment buildings.
