The Solomyanskyi District Court of Kyiv has chosen a preventive measure for Ruslan Kuchinsky, the production director of JSC “Aviation and Rocket Engineering Company”, who is suspected of official negligence in the case of the explosions of the ammunition depot in Vyshneve. This is reported by UA.NEWS, the PromPolitInform portal reports.
The court granted the prosecution’s motion and sent the suspect to custody for two months – until September 14. The preventive measure was chosen without the right to post bail.
After the hearing, Kuchinsky refused to comment on the court’s decision and did not answer journalists’ questions.
In Vyshneve, Kyiv region, 253 private residential buildings were damaged as a result of the Russian attack. Nine people died as a result of the strike. As of the evening of July 7, 18 victims were in medical facilities and were receiving necessary assistance.
