The Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Kyiv region informs that in case of replacing a smartphone (Android or iOS), a user who utilizes a qualified electronic signature stored in the “Cloud Storage” of the Qualified Electronic Trust Services Provider of the STS must re-obtain the cloud signature.
To do this, one must contact one of the QETSP STS representative offices with a set of required documents.
The list of documents and addresses of the representative offices are available on the QETSP STS web portal in the sections “Obtaining qualified electronic trust services” and “Contacts”.
