Over the past day, Russian invaders wounded nine civilians in the Zaporizhzhia region. The enemy launched 935 attacks on nearly fifty settlements in the region.
This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of Ivan Fedorov / Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
The total intensity of the occupiers’ fire impact on the region reached 935 episodes within a day. Shelling covered 47 settlements, causing significant destruction to civilian objects.
Scale of enemy shelling
The bulk of the strikes involved the use of unmanned aerial vehicles. Russian troops deployed 687 drones of various modifications, primarily FPVs, to attack residential areas and infrastructure facilities in the region.
There were also 16 air strikes targeting Zaporizhzhia and several surrounding villages, including Kanivske, Novoakovlivka, and Omelnyk. Enemy artillery units carried out 230 shelling attacks, and the occupiers additionally conducted two barrages from multiple launch rocket systems.
Infrastructure consequences
Local authorities received 86 reports of property damage. As a result of enemy aggression, private houses, vehicles, and infrastructure elements serving the region’s population were damaged.
