A Buk-M3 anti-aircraft complex was destroyed in the Bryansk region
Over the course of August 28-29, the Ukrainian military struck a number of enemy military targets. Drone bases, command posts, and electronic warfare assets of the occupiers were hit. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On the night of August 29 and during the previous day, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of successful fire missions. The primary targets were logistics hubs and technical assets of the Russian invaders in temporarily occupied territories and border regions of the Russian Federation.
In the Donetsk region, the Defense Forces struck areas where Russians were storing and preparing combat unmanned aerial vehicles for launch. In addition, an enemy UAV command post was disabled in the village of Berestky.
Strikes on enemy equipment in Crimea and Russia
On the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula, Ukrainian units attacked enemy targets in two locations. Near Hvardiiske, another drone training and launch base was destroyed, while near Znamianka, the Defense Forces hit an enemy electronic warfare complex.
Analysts have confirmed that on August 28, a targeted strike near the town of Klintsy in the Bryansk region resulted in the destruction of a Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system. The military continues to assess the overall damage inflicted on the enemy, and operations to locate and eliminate key targets are ongoing.
