Buses will operate during curfew hours with a 60-minute service interval
From September 10, four temporary bus routes will start operating in the capital, connecting the central railway station with residential areas. The transport will run at night during the curfew. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from Kyiv City State Administration.
City authorities are introducing night connections for passengers arriving in Kyiv by train between 1:00 and 5:00. The transportation will be provided on four specially designed temporary routes.
Buses No. 131-N, No. 132-N, No. 133-N, and No. 134-N connect the central railway station with various city districts, including the areas near Darnytsia and Minska metro stations, Tuluz Street, and Pavlo Tychyna Avenue. The headway for each vehicle will be approximately one hour.
Night service features
The Department of Transport Infrastructure of the KCSA explained that the bus schedules in the opposite direction — from residential areas to the station — are designed to ensure the timely arrival of passengers. Boarding and alighting at stops will be carried out exclusively on demand.
Passengers are advised to consider the specific operations of public transport in advance and plan their trips. The detailed route schemes for each of the four lines cover key transport hubs and large residential areas of the capital to ensure the most efficient transport for citizens.
