The collection of proposals for the draft will continue until October 19, 2026
The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission has released a draft of amendments to the investment program of PJSC DTEK KYIVSKI ELEKTROMEREZHI for 2026. The regulator is accepting proposals and comments regarding the document until October 19 inclusive. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from NEURC.
The published draft resolution provides for adjustments to the previous NEURC decision No. 39 dated January 13, 2026. The document concerns the company’s investment activities aimed at the development and maintenance of electrical energy distribution networks.
Procedure for submitting proposals
To finalize the decision, the commission has opened a public discussion procedure for collecting written and electronic submissions. Interested parties may send their comments to the regulator’s office in Kyiv at 19 Simyi Brodskykh Street or to the email address of Nataliia Viktorivna Sapozhnikova.
Restrictions on public discussions
The regulator emphasized that public meetings regarding this project will not be held. This decision was made in accordance with regulations on protecting information about critical infrastructure facilities under martial law, based on commission resolutions No. 848 dated May 9, 2023, and No. 349 dated March 26, 2022.
