More than 13,000 electronic signature certificates were generated in the region
15,998 people have applied to the State Tax Service offices in the Kyiv region for electronic trust services. Tax officials generated thousands of keys and certificates for remote tax filing. This was reported by Головне управління ДПС у Київській області, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The number of users who have contacted the registration department of the Main Directorate of the STS in the Kyiv region has reached 15,998. All of them utilized the services of the qualified provider operating under the State Tax Service.
Results of electronic signature services
While providing these services, tax experts generated 6,981 personal keys for signers. Furthermore, 13,962 qualified certificates used to verify electronic signatures or seals were created.
In addition to new issuances, tax officials processed status changes for 1,018 existing certificates, ensuring the accuracy of user data within the system.

A key area of the department’s work involves providing methodological assistance to taxpayers. Specifically, experts advise on the use of the «IIT korystuvach TsSK-1» software and the procedures for remote certificate generation.
Staff members also explain how to download qualified certificates from the provider’s website. This support enables citizens and business representatives to resolve technical issues independently.
