The assets are stored at Ukrzaliznytsia stations and are in satisfactory technical condition

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has initiated the sale of 100 railway wagons of Russian origin. The seized assets are currently located at stations owned by the joint-stock company Ukrzaliznytsia. This was reported by Delo.ua citing ARMA, according to the portal PromPolitInform.

The seized wagons are distributed across various railway stations under the jurisdiction of regional branches of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia. Following visual inspections, experts assessed the condition of the rolling stock as good or satisfactory.

Technical specifications of the seized assets

The lot prepared for sale consists of 100 units of rolling stock. Specifically, it includes 20 covered universal wagons designed for cargo requiring protection from atmospheric conditions. Additionally, 80 open-top wagons intended for the transport of industrial and bulk goods are also being auctioned.

ARMA emphasized that the sale of seized Russian-origin assets is conducted in accordance with established legal procedures. This approach aims to ensure transparency in the sales process and to convert such property into a viable economic resource for the state.
