Economically justified rates will apply to budgetary institutions and religious organizations
In Kyiv, tariffs for thermal energy and hot water supply services for households remain unchanged for the 2026–2027 heating season. At the same time, heat supply companies must calculate economically justified tariffs. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from Dniprovskyi District State Administration in Kyiv.
The need to update the calculations is due to the expiration of the previous tariffs. It also takes into account the need to review the costs of production, transportation, and supply of thermal energy and hot water to consumers.
Mandatory calculations for enterprises
Heat supply companies must review their expenses to correctly determine the cost of services. This is essential for ensuring an uninterrupted supply of heat and hot water in the capital.
At the same time, current utility rates for ordinary city residents will not increase throughout the specified heating period. State policy aims to curb price growth for basic household services.
Application of new tariffs for other categories
Economically justified tariffs established by relevant decrees for Kyivteploenergo and EVRO-REKONSTRUKTSIYA LLC will apply to other categories of consumers.
In particular, these rates will cover budgetary institutions, religious organizations, and other consumers in the city of Kyiv throughout the 2026–2027 heating season.
