Capacity restrictions for businesses will apply nationwide
On Friday, October 17, capacity restriction schedules for industry and business will be introduced in all regions of Ukraine. Hourly power outages for all categories of consumers will also be applied in some oblasts. This was reported by Delo.ua citing the Telegram channel of Ukrenergo, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Special restrictions for enterprises and businesses will be in effect from 06:00 to 23:59 throughout the country. During the same period, hourly outage schedules ranging from one to 2.5 queues will be implemented for household consumers in certain oblasts.
Consequences of Russian attacks
The main reason for introducing these measures is the destruction and damage to energy facilities resulting from massive Russian attacks. The situation in the integrated power grid remains dynamic and may change depending on current circumstances.
Company specialists urge citizens and enterprises to monitor updates on the official resources of distribution system operators in their respective regions. In addition, Ukrainians are asked to use electricity moderately and sparingly after power supply is restored according to the schedule.
