The European Union is still working on the adoption of the 20th package of sanctions against Russia and the allocation of a loan of 90 billion euros to Ukraine, but so far “there is no good news.”

In particular, she noted that there are certain obstacles to the 20th sanctions package and the payment of the loan, over which work continues.
“Work on overcoming them continues, but, unfortunately, today I can not give good news. We are still working, and we hope that we will receive this decision at the next European Council,” Kallas added.
Kaya Kallas and the foreign ministers of the EU member states arrived in Kyiv on Tuesday, March 31. On the fourth anniversary of the liberation of Bucha, they, together with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga, honored the memory of the victims of the Russian occupation.
