Over the past day, Ukrainian forces eliminated 1,490 Russian personnel. Additionally, 1,761 drones and 68 artillery systems were destroyed. Total enemy manpower losses since the start of the full-scale invasion have exceeded 1.47 million personnel. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, based on data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Updated data regarding total Russian military losses in the war against Ukraine were published on the ministry’s information platforms. Total personnel losses of the invaders since the beginning of the full-scale invasion reached approximately 1,478,070 personnel.
The invaders suffered significant losses in automotive equipment and tank trucks. Over the past day, defence forces neutralized 554 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, bringing the total destroyed equipment of this type to 138,773. Furthermore, 16 ground robotic systems were eliminated, bringing their total in official reports to 2,368 units.
Strikes on armoured vehicles and air defence systems
Ukrainian defenders continue to destroy heavy armoured vehicles and enemy weapon systems. Over the day, strikes on one tank and 9 armoured fighting vehicles were confirmed. Currently, total losses of enemy tanks stand at 12,293 units, and AFVs at 25,211.
In the artillery and air defence sectors, the destruction of 68 artillery systems, 2 multiple launch rocket systems, and one air defence system was recorded. In total, since February 2022, Russian troops have lost 48,519 artillery systems, 2,056 MLRS, and 1,586 air defence units.
Losses in special equipment and aviation
Additionally, defenders eliminated 6 units of special equipment, increasing total cumulative losses in this area to 4,575 units. Statistics regarding aircraft and helicopters remained unchanged at 440 and 354 units respectively, as did the figures for destroyed cruise missiles at 5,052 units.
The situation regarding the Russian naval fleet remained unchanged over the past day: the destruction of 35 warships and boats, as well as 2 submarines, remains confirmed. Active countermeasures against aerial reconnaissance and drone attacks brought the total number of destroyed operational-tactical UAVs to 478,327 units.
