Total combat losses of Russian troops since the beginning of the full-scale invasion have reached 1,559,230 personnel. In particular, the Russian army lost 12,414 tanks and 51,233 artillery systems. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 15.10.2026 were approximately
Personnel:
- personnel ‒ about 1,559,230 (+1,880) troops.
Armoured vehicles and motor vehicles:
- tanks ‒ 12,414;
- armoured fighting vehicles ‒ 25,537 (+2);
- special equipment ‒ 4,830 (+2);
- automotive equipment and fuel tankers ‒ 163,324 (+535);
- unmanned ground systems ‒ 2,955 (+4).
Artillery and air defence:
- artillery systems ‒ 51,233 (+38);
- air defence systems ‒ 1,707 (+3).
Aerial targets:
- aircraft ‒ 443;
- helicopters ‒ 356;
- operational-tactical UAVs ‒ 564,897 (+1,308);
- cruise missiles ‒ 5,130 (+4).
Naval fleet:
- warships/boats ‒ 35;
- submarines ‒ 2.
