Partners previously formed a EUR 95 million fund to clear territories
The Support Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have received another batch of specialized machinery and equipment from the Ukraine Demining Capability Coalition. The transfer took place within the framework of agreements with international partners to supply engineering units. This was reported by Ukrinform citing Support Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Within the framework of reached agreements, international partners continue to provide Ukrainian engineering units with necessary equipment. This time, another batch of logistical supplies has been delivered to the military.
Commander of the Support Forces of ZSU Major General Dmytro Hereha expressed gratitude for the ongoing assistance from allies. The head of the units emphasized the priority of equipping specialists who are involved in both combat operations and humanitarian land clearance.
The agency stressed that the arrival of specialized vehicles contributes to the development of the engineering troops’ capabilities. Such assistance increases the effectiveness of neutralizing munitions and enhances the safety of civilians.
Earlier, in the summer of 2026, the Demining Capability Coalition announced the creation of a special fund amounting to EUR 95 million. At the same time, plans were announced to direct specialized equipment with a total value of EUR 205 million to Ukraine.
