The operator is expanding the list of foreign countries to 19, allowing prepaid and “All Together” tariff subscribers to make calls abroad
Starting May 12, 2026, prepaid and “All Together” subscribers will be able to communicate with relatives and friends abroad more easily and cost-effectively. In tariffs that include minutes for international calls, the operator is expanding the list of countries at no extra charge — the total number will now reach 19. This was announced in the operator’s statement, as reported by the Prompolitinform portal.
Subscribers can now use tariff minutes and the “300 minutes to other networks and abroad” Superpower option to call the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, India, Spain, Italy, Canada, Moldova, Germany, Norway, Poland, Romania, the USA, France, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, and Slovakia.
Users of the Kyivstar Comfort and Kyivstar Comfort 2018 tariffs will also benefit from the update, as their minutes previously worked only within Ukraine. At the same time, in tariffs where minutes for calls to Uzbekistan, Israel, and China were previously available, these destinations will now be charged according to standard international calling rates.
