Germany has transferred funds to the Energy Support Fund account
The Energy Support Fund of Ukraine has received EUR 250 million through a contribution from Germany. The funds will be directed towards ensuring the stability of the national energy system and its reconstruction. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
Financial assistance from the German government has arrived in the special account of the Energy Support Fund of Ukraine. The attracted funds are directed towards purchasing necessary equipment, carrying out restoration works at damaged generation facilities, and supporting the stable functioning of critical infrastructure.

This contribution is part of a large-scale international support provided by foreign partners to strengthen the Ukrainian energy sector. The acquired resource makes it possible to respond promptly to current challenges and prepare power grids for the heating season.
