Occupiers lost 50 soldiers killed and wounded on the Pokrovsk front line
On October 30, 168 combat engagements took place along the front, with the enemy actively employing aviation and drones. The situation remains most tense in the Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk directions. This was reported by Ukrinform citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Over the past day, Russian occupation forces carried out massive attacks using various types of weaponry. According to the General Staff, the enemy launched two missile strikes, conducted 48 air raids, and dropped 172 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, the active use of 4,506 suicide drones and 1,535 shelling attacks on ZSU positions was recorded.
Combat actions in the eastern sectors
In the Kostiantynivka direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 18 enemy assaults, with four combat clashes still ongoing at the time of the report. In the Pokrovsk direction, the invaders made 14 attempts to break through the defense, with one battle remaining active.
Enemy losses in the Pokrovsk sector
As a result of defensive operations in the Pokrovsk direction, 38 occupiers were eliminated and another 12 were wounded. The Ukrainian military destroyed four units of automotive equipment and 41 field fortifications, while also suppressing or destroying 286 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types.
Situation in other front sectors
Eight attacks were recorded in the South Slobozhanske direction, nine in the Lyman direction, and eight in the Huliaipole direction. Occupiers attempted to attack near settlements in the Sloviansk and Orikhiv directions, but no significant changes in the operational situation occurred.
