Sergii Marchenko: international aid in 2026 amounted to a third of the expected volume
Average monthly budget support from international partners in 2026 reached 1.5 billion dollars. Ukraine had expected to attract 4.5 billion dollars monthly, said Minister of Finance Sergii Marchenko.
