Russian export capacity following oil refinery strikes

The Russian Federation is currently unable to meet promised diesel export volumes due to damage sustained by its oil refineries. In September, exports reached only 0.1 million barrels against a requirement of 2.2 million barrels.

Strikes on refineries cut Russian gasoline production by 20%

Throughout August, Ukrainian forces carried out at least 21 attacks on oil refineries in the russian federation. As a result, gasoline production volumes in the aggressor country have decreased by nearly 20%.
