Starting March 1, 2025, the Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe is increasing salaries for employees across all divisions, most of which are located in frontline regions — Dnipro, Nikopol, and Samar. According to the PromPolitInform portal, this was reported by the company’s press service.
It is noted that this is the third salary increase since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Wages will rise for blue-collar workers, engineers, specialists, other category KSS employees, as well as certain managers. The increases will be differentiated, depending on how in-demand each profession is on the labor market.
“Today, the company provides jobs for more than 9,000 people. We fully understand how challenging it is to work under current conditions and we value everyone’s contribution. The company systematically increases employee income levels: last year alone, salaries rose by up to 20% compared to the previous year. Further salary increases will not only improve Interpipe’s competitiveness in the labor market but also enhance employee well-being and increase tax contributions to the state budget,” said Andriy Korotkov, CEO of Interpipe.
He added that the company continues to provide a comprehensive social benefits package, including free transportation to work, meal subsidies, health insurance, assistance with restoring housing damaged by shelling, holiday gifts, summer camps for children, school supply kits for first graders, and more.
Interpipe’s total workforce numbers approximately 9,500 employees. Around 950 of the company’s employees are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other security structures.
