At the end of 2025, AGROTRADE Group exported over 333,000 tons of grain and oilseeds. According to the company’s press service, 187,000 tons of this amount were produced in-house, while another 146,000 tons came from third-party producers. This was reported by AgroPortal and PromPolitInform.
Turkey, Egypt, Italy, and other Mediterranean countries remained the main export destinations. The company focused on proven markets, where stable cooperation, buyer solvency, and strict fulfillment of contractual obligations are key factors.
“The 2025 season once again confirmed that flexibility and reputation are crucial in a highly risky environment. Despite the challenging situation, logistical constraints, and downtime, AGROTRADE Group’s export program was implemented without interruption throughout the year. Even when infrastructure is disrupted and risks for shipowners increase, our task is to fulfill our obligations. This allows us to maintain the trust of our international partners and continue working,” notes Andrey But, Director of the Foreign Economic Activity Department of the AGROTRADE Group.
In the 2025 export structure, corn and wheat accounted for the majority of shipments. At the same time, soybean exports declined due to regulatory changes and the shift of some of the market toward domestic processing.
The company believes that low export rates from Ukraine this season will likely lead to significant carryover stocks, which will impact prices for the coming harvest.
