What preceded

As reported, Rheinmetall CEO Armin Papperger previously made a statement regarding Ukraine. He called Ukrainian manufacturers “housewives with a 3D printer.” In addition, Papperger noted that Ukraine allegedly does not create innovations in the production of weapons.
