The Ministry of Defense denied changes in mobilization and electronic agendas from April 1 – the content of the CCC reform will be presented later

The Ministry of Defense denied information about the alleged launch of significant changes in the mobilization process and the work of the CCC from April 1, in particular regarding electronic agendas in the Reserve+application. MOU has developed a plan for the transformation of the mobilization system, but the details will be presented publicly later.

This was stated in a comment to Ukrinform by Deputy Minister of Defense Yevgeny Moisyuk, the portal PromPolitInform informs.

According to him, no separate “reform of the CCC from April 1” is foreseen, and the information disseminated by individual media is not true.

“The reform of the CCC is a complex and multi-level issue that cannot be resolved by quick action, but a systematic integrated approach is needed. Today we have a clear plan and schedule for the implementation of specific projects,” Moisyuk said.

He stressed that the team of the Ministry of Defense has already developed a plan for the transformation of the mobilization system, but the details will be presented publicly later.

According to the deputy minister, this plan is based on a data-driven approach, and each solution is tested for effectiveness.

“Soon we will begin to publicly present concrete steps. It will be logical, transparent and technological,” Moisyuk explained.

Earlier, a number of media reported that from April 1, Ukraine should allegedly introduce new rules for mobilization, in particular, sending electronic summons through the Reserve+application. However, they later clarified that it was only about expanding the push notification service in Reserve+.

It is about notifying users of key events, in particular, sending a paper agenda by mail, and not about launching electronic agendas as a separate delivery mechanism.
