Nova Poshta has updated its service tariffs: what has changed

The price revision from April 13 is aimed at maintaining the usual level of delivery speed for customers.

Nova Poshta has announced a change in service tariffs, which will come into effect from April 13. The price revision is aimed at maintaining the usual level of delivery speed, stability of work and quality of service for customers, as well as adapting the cost to current operating conditions. This is reported by Dengi.ua with reference to the company’s press release. The PromPolitInform portal informs.

As noted, the decision was influenced by changes in the growth of the operational load, fluctuations in the global energy market, increases in fuel prices and employee salaries. In addition, costs for partner services, including communications and electricity, have increased.

It is reported that despite the tariff updates, a number of services will remain free of charge:

packaging of small shipments,

branded envelopes for documents,

redirection of parcels in transit,

commission for declared value up to 500 UAH.

In addition, some services remain unchanged in cost, namely:

storage of parcels in branches;

“Transfer Point” service;

surcharge for sending from a village or town;

packaging of medium (up to 10 kg) and large (up to 30 kg) parcels.

At the same time, the new tariffs will apply to:

Documents. Delivery within the city – 70 UAH, within Ukraine – 80 UAH. The cost already includes a branded cardboard envelope.
