Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed decrees on the application of sanctions against Russians and companies that supply products for the Russian military-industrial complex. The head of state also continued a number of other restrictive measures. This, writes Slovo i Dilo, reports the Office of the President. The PromPolitInform portal informs.

It is noted that by decree No. 379/2026, sanctions were applied to 32 Russian companies and 34 Russians, most of whom are directors and founders of these enterprises.

“Among them are companies involved in the supply of goods for the S-300 and S-400 complexes, Topol, Yars and Iskander ballistic missiles, gunpowder, rocket fuel, and ammunition components. Also under sanctions are Russian enterprises that produce radio-technical intelligence, airborne carriers of special equipment, and companies included in the supply chains of high-precision industrial equipment and electronic components in circumvention of sanctions,” the message says.

It is specified that this list also includes individuals who tried to organize the lifting of American sanctions against Russia and soften the EU’s position. Ukraine will provide all necessary information to partners for full synchronization of sanctions in international jurisdictions.

At the same time, decree No. 378/2026 extended sanctions against 13 individuals and 21 legal entities. Sanctions against them were applied back in 2023. In particular, four enterprises on the list ceased their illegal activities.

As reported, Ukraine has continued restrictive measures against Irina Babakova, Natalia Selivanova and Vadim Giner, related to the activities in Ukraine of the financial and industrial group VS Group Management LLC, which was created by sanctioned Russian citizens – representatives of the former Luzhniki criminal group Alexander Babakov, Mikhail Voevodin and Yevgeny Giner.

We will remind, at the end of April, Zelensky introduced new sanctions against Russian entities involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children, as well as against vessels of the Russian shadow fleet.

Earlier it was reported that Kyiv is calling on the European Union to increase pressure on the Russian financial sector, block ways to circumvent sanctions through cryptocurrencies and limit sea exports of Russian oil.

As is known, the European Union is currently working on a new 21st package of sanctions against Russia, which will be directed against Moscow’s “shadow fleet” and several other important areas that help Putin finance the war against Ukraine.

The British government has also introduced a new package of sanctions against the Russian Federation, which includes 35 individuals and legal entities. They are involved in the supply of components for drones and the recruitment of foreigners for the war against Ukraine.
