Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosińska-Kamyś instructed to declassify data on military aid to Ukraine for 2022–2026 after consulting with Prime Minister Donald Tusk. This is reported by DeepStateUA, according to the PromPolitInform portal.
It is reported that the Polish Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) will investigate the possible disclosure of state secrets related to this topic.
The process of transferring military equipment to Ukraine was initiated by the previous Polish government, headed by the then Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak. The president — currently Karol Nawrocki, previously Andrzej Duda — was informed about each transfer.
Commenting on the situation, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamyś emphasized that Poland is operating in a state of war near its borders and any actions against Polish state interests pose a threat to the security of Polish citizens. He stated that all those involved will be held accountable for such actions, regardless of immunities, and emphasized that his decisions are guided primarily by the security of Polish citizens.
His statement came after the co-chairman of the Confederation party, Krzysztof Bosak, stated that in March the Polish government secretly transferred interceptor missiles to Ukraine for Patriot air defense systems.
