Ukrainian IT company IdeaSoft joins the development of blockchain infrastructure in Abu Dhabi

Ukrainian specialists will provide technological support for blockchain solutions in the UAE

Ukrainian IT company IdeaSoft has become a technological partner of the ADI Foundation, which is developing blockchain infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. The collaboration involves implementing technology solutions for the public sector, financial institutions, and asset tokenization projects. This was reported by Minfin, according to the portal PromPolitInform.

As part of the partnership, IdeaSoft specialists will focus on developing and integrating blockchain technologies tailored to institutional needs and the ADI ecosystem. The Foundation handles management functions, including setting industry standards, establishing network architecture, and communicating with UAE regulatory bodies.

A core component of the infrastructure the Ukrainian company will work on is a layer-two blockchain called ADI Chain. Its mainnet was officially activated on December 9, 2025. The platform specializes in government-level digital infrastructure, enterprise blockchain solutions, and operations involving tokenized assets.

Technological collaboration in the UAE

In addition to technical development, the partnership covers projects related to the DDSC stablecoin, which is pegged to the UAE dirham. This financial instrument, the launch of which was announced in February 2026, operates under the supervision of the Central Bank of the UAE exclusively within the ADI Chain network and is intended for use in the financial and government sectors.

For IdeaSoft, this contract signifies a strengthening of its position in the Middle Eastern market and the opportunity to participate in building infrastructure solutions for UAE government and financial institutions. Previously, the company’s team has delivered projects alongside players such as HSBC, Solana, NEAR, and Worldcoin, specializing in fintech and digital assets.
