Sense Bank JSC has officially announced changes in the current corporate governance of the financial institution. The duties of the Chairman of the Management Board are currently being performed by his deputy. This was reported by Sense Bank, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
As part of its ongoing operational activities, Sense Bank JSC has redistributed leadership functions at the highest level. In accordance with corporate governance standards, the powers of the bank’s head have been assigned to the Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board.
This decision was made to ensure the continuity of banking services and compliance with the financial institution’s internal procedures. The bank’s management emphasizes that the changes do not affect the fulfillment of obligations to clients or the operation of electronic services.
Stability of the Financial Institution
The bank continues to operate as usual, providing a full range of financial services for both individual and corporate clients. Users have access to Sense SuperApp services, currency transactions, lending, and government business support programs.
The bank’s functional structure remains stable, which allows it to support investment and settlement processes without delays. Communication with shareholders and other stakeholders is carried out in accordance with the established corporate governance regulations.
