Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi announced the acceleration of the sale process for Sense Bank. The Ministry of Finance, together with the National Bank of Ukraine, is tasked with ensuring transparency, competitiveness, and effectiveness in the sale, as well as resolving accumulated issues in the bank. Funds from the transaction will be allocated to support Ukraine’s defense needs. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of Serhii Koretskyi.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Koretskyi stated that the Ministry of Finance has received a clear mandate to accelerate the sale of Sense Bank.
The goal is to ensure maximum transparency, competitiveness, and efficiency throughout the process.
Simultaneously, the Ministry of Finance, in coordination with the National Bank of Ukraine, must resolve all outstanding issues within the bank and ensure sound corporate governance.
Proceeds from the sale of the financial institution will be directed toward financing the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
