Over the past week, authorized banks provided businesses with 456 concessional loans totaling 1.2 billion UAH. Since the beginning of 2026, the total volume of loans issued under this program has reached 109.9 billion UAH. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the state initiative for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, financial support continues through the ‘Affordable Loans 5-7-9%’ program. Throughout the period of martial law, 124,527 agreements have been concluded, totaling 482.4 billion UAH.
General implementation indicators of the program
Since the launch of the ‘Affordable Loans 5-7-9%’ program, the total number of loans provided has reached 159,349 agreements. The financial volume of these agreements is estimated at 572 billion hryvnias.
The implementation of this state program is carried out by the National Development Institution. Through the tool of concessional lending, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses ensure the stability of their own operational activities.
