The highest fuel prices as of September 14 are observed at Socar, WOG and Okko gas stations
As of September 14, 2026, fuel retail networks in Ukraine have updated their price lists. The average price of A-95 petrol reached 85.40 UAH per litre, while diesel fuel is 96.61 UAH per litre. This was reported by Glavcom, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Price adjustments in the fuel market are uneven. In particular, the KLO network reduced prices by 1-2 UAH per litre, while BRSM-Nafta increased them by 0.50 UAH per litre. At Ukrnafta, A-95+ petrol became 3 UAH per litre more expensive, and at Socar, the price of A-100 reached the 100 UAH mark.
Factors influencing costs
Pricing at Ukrainian gas stations depends on the situation in the European market, as the country imports a significant share of oil products. In addition to purchase costs, the final price is affected by logistics expenses, the current exchange rate, stock levels, and consumer demand.
Russian strikes on port infrastructure remain a major factor in price hikes. Due to the necessity of switching to more expensive land-based supply routes, the cost of logistics has increased significantly. According to Der Spiegel, over 200 attacks on gas stations have been recorded since April.
Status of fuel security
Expert Serhiy Kuyun notes that Russian attacks aim not only to damage facilities but also to exert psychological pressure and support propaganda. Despite the damage to individual stations, major networks are promptly restoring infrastructure, which prevents a nationwide deficit.
In turn, Hennadiy Ryabtsev emphasizes that the situation is not currently critical, as there is enough fuel on the market. Local supply issues may occur in frontline areas, but these are solvable.
