The US currency gained value in exchange offices, while the euro fell in price
The difference in dollar selling rates among Ukrainian banks reached 20 kopecks on September 15. In exchange offices, the average rate was 44.85 UAH for selling and 44.73 UAH for buying. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine (Анастасія Мацепа) citing Minfin, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Compared to the previous day, the selling rate rose by 5 kopecks, and the buying rate by 3 kopecks. Euros in exchange offices are offered for sale at 52.10 UAH and purchased at 51.83 UAH, with these figures decreasing over the past day by 9 and 11 kopecks respectively.
Currency rates at the largest banks
PrivatBank sets the dollar selling rate at 44.85 UAH in branches and 44.84 UAH for cards. Buying in branches costs 44.25 UAH, and for cards 44.40 UAH. Euros in PrivatBank branches are bought at 50.90 UAH and sold at 51.90 UAH.
Oschadbank via its mobile app sells dollars at 44.85 UAH and sets the card rate at 44.95 UAH. Buying through the app is available at 44.50 UAH, and for cards at 44.45 UAH. Euros in the app can be purchased for 51.99 UAH.
PUMB offers a cash dollar selling rate of 45.00 UAH, while the commercial rate is 44.80 UAH. Buying dollars at the financial institution costs 44.40 UAH in cash and 44.50 UAH under commercial terms. Euros are sold at cash desks for 52.00 UAH.
Monobank sells the US currency at 44.83 UAH and buys at 44.43 UAH. Euros in this institution are offered for sale at 51.99 UAH and purchased at 51.30 UAH.
Comparison of the most advantageous offers
The lowest dollar selling rate among banks is set by Monobank at 44.83 UAH. PUMB’s commercial rate of 44.80 UAH is also one of the most favorable offers. The most expensive cash dollar is sold at PUMB branches for 45.00 UAH.
The most favorable dollar buying rate is offered by PUMB under commercial terms and Oschadbank via its mobile app, both at 44.50 UAH. The lowest purchase value is recorded at PrivatBank branches, at 44.25 UAH.
The cost of 100 dollars in banks ranges from 4,480 UAH under PUMB’s commercial rate to 4,500 UAH at PUMB’s cash rate. In Monobank, this amount will cost 4,483 UAH.
