The company advises shifting energy-intensive appliance use to daytime hours
On Friday, September 18, Ukraine does not plan to implement electricity consumption restrictions. Ukrenergo released relevant information regarding the stable situation in the power grid. This was reported by Ukrinform citing Ukrenergo, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Ukraine’s power system is currently operating in standard mode, which makes it possible to avoid forced grid restrictions for consumers. However, specialists emphasize the importance of balanced resource use throughout the day.
Consumption Recommendations
Consumers are advised to shift the operation of energy-intensive household appliances to the period between 11:00 and 15:00. During the evening peak load hours from 18:00 to 22:00, power engineers urge citizens to use electricity as sparingly as possible.
Consequences of Russian Shelling
Previously, as of the morning of September 17, new blackouts were recorded in seven regions of the country due to enemy drone and artillery attacks. Despite infrastructure damage, power engineers manage to maintain supply stability.
