The starting price of the most expensive lot exceeds 25,000 hryvnias per month
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced five promising auctions for leasing state-owned real estate. The biddings will take place in early October, featuring properties in Kyiv and Vinnytsia. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
In the capital city, entrepreneurs are offered non-residential premises with an area of 89.7 square meters. The initial monthly lease cost for this object is set at 25,143.18 hryvnias. The bidding is scheduled for October 6.
Real estate in the capital
In Kyiv, a 15.9 square meter space in an administrative building is also available for lease. The starting price for this lot is 9,583.26 hryvnias per month, with the auction set for October 6. Additionally, a portion of a warehouse building with an area of 53.6 square meters is up for auction on October 7, with a starting price of 9,356.28 hryvnias.
The largest Kyiv lot by area is a first-floor non-residential space measuring 161.17 square meters. The lease of this property has a symbolic starting rate of 68.73 hryvnias per month. The bidding is scheduled for October 9.
Regional offers
In Vinnytsia, the state authority offers built-in non-residential premises with a total area of 34.0 square meters. Those wishing to participate can apply for the auction scheduled for October 6. The starting lease rate for this asset is 1,543.35 hryvnias per month.
