The Lithuanian defense company has deployed drone manufacturing operations in Ukraine

Former Lviv IT Cluster head Stepan Veselovsky has become the CEO of the Ukrainian enterprise established by Lithuanian unmanned systems manufacturer Unmanned Defense Systems. The new entity has already commenced its operational activities within Ukraine. This was reported by Liga.Business, according to the portal PromPolitInform.

Lithuanian defense technology company Unmanned Defense Systems has officially entered the Ukrainian market. A joint enterprise has been established to organize the workflow and manage the manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Stepan Veselovsky, who previously led the Lviv IT Cluster, has been appointed as the executive director of the Ukrainian division. In his new role, he will focus on developing the company’s production capacities.

The manufacturing initiative aims to supply the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine with advanced unmanned systems. The Lithuanian developer plans to scale up production volumes directly within the country.
