Germany publishes ninth ordinance amending transition regulations on Ukrainian residents

Federal Ministry of the Interior coordinated the development of the new regulation

Germany has officially published the ninth ordinance amending the transitional regulations on the residence of Ukrainian citizens in the country. The document was approved in late September and gazetted in early October. This was reported by Federal Law Gazette (Germany), according to the portal PromPolitInform.

The Federal Law Gazette of Germany has published an official document regulating the stay of Ukrainian citizens in the country. The publication covers the ninth ordinance amending the transition regulations on the residence of individuals who arrived from Ukraine due to the war.

Details of the regulatory act approval

According to the published data, the preparation of this regulatory act was coordinated by the Federal Ministry of the Interior of Germany. The document completed all necessary approval procedures within the German government structures.
