The assets include corporate rights for two companies and hundreds of pieces of equipment
The National Agency for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets is preparing to transfer a industrial complex in Kalush to management. The enterprise, which is linked to Viktor Medvedchuk, specializes in the production of packaging materials. This was reported by Delo.ua citing ARMA, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The assets include a 75% stake in the authorized capital of Segezha Oriana Ukraine PrJSC, valued at 10.4 million UAH, and a 100% stake in Segezha Packaging Ukraine LLC, valued at 4.4 million UAH. In addition to corporate rights, the complex includes production buildings and facilities located in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Technical equipment and transport
The list of movable property coming under the agency’s supervision consists of 305 items. It includes packaging and printing equipment, specialized machinery for material cutting, compressors, loaders, and computer hardware.
The company’s vehicle fleet consists of eight cars of various makes, including Skoda, Fiat, Chevrolet, Mitsubishi, and Hyundai. All the mentioned property was previously seized by the decision of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Court as part of an ongoing criminal investigation.
Asset status
Currently, the asset complex is in a “pending” status. ARMA is carrying out the preparatory procedures necessary to announce a tender and select a professional manager to ensure the plant’s operation.
It is worth noting that attempts to transfer these assets to management were made by the agency back in 2025. The list of assets at that time included a similar set of production facilities and corporate rights linked to the interests of Viktor Medvedchuk.
