As of October 29, 2026, the average price of A-95 petrol at Ukraine's major filling station networks is 90.91 UAH per litre. Diesel fuel averages 104.98 UAH per litre, while the market continues to show an upward pricing trend. This was reported by Glavcom citing Der Spiegel, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Leading filling station networks have updated their petroleum product prices. Specifically, the Okko network raised its auto gas price by 1.5 UAH per litre, while Socar stations increased the price of this fuel type by 1 UAH per litre.
Price dynamics across specific networks
At BRSM-Nafta filling stations, auto gas increased by 50 kopecks per litre, and diesel fuel grew in price by nearly 1 UAH per litre. Ukrnafta also raised gas prices by 1 UAH per litre.
The highest A-95 petrol price was set by Socar at 95.90 UAH per litre. The same network recorded the highest conventional diesel price at 108 UAH per litre and premium diesel at 111 UAH per litre.
Monthly changes and general trends
Between September 29 and October 29, 2026, auto gas experienced the highest surge, increasing by 10.50 to 14.40 UAH per litre depending on the network. The most significant growth occurred at Okko, where gas rose from 45.50 to 59.90 UAH per litre.
Diesel fuel went up by 4.91 to 7 UAH per litre over the month. The largest diesel price increases were recorded at Okko and WOG, climbing from 99.90 to 106.90 UAH per litre.
Pricing factors and security situation
Final petroleum prices are influenced by European market quotations, procurement costs, logistics, and exchange rates. Russian strikes on Ukrainian port infrastructure have forced a shift towards overland routes, increasing delivery expenses.
According to Der Spiegel, Russian forces have attacked over 200 Ukrainian filling stations since April. Despite systemic shelling and facility damages, experts emphasize that there is no nationwide fuel shortage on the market.
