The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) conducted nine successful privatization auctions between February 3 and 7, 2025, raising a total of UAH 118.77 million from the sale of state assets. This was reported by Ukrinform, citing the SPFU, according to PromPolitInform.
“Last week, the team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine held nine successful online privatization auctions totaling UAH 118.77 million. All auctions were conducted via the Prozorro.Sale electronic system. In total, 114 participants competed for the lots,” the statement said.
The most expensive lot of the week was a complex of buildings in Kropyvnytskyi. Competition among 53 potential investors drove the starting price up from UAH 1,810 to a final bid of UAH 110 million.
For the current week, the SPFU has scheduled 20 online privatization auctions. Among the assets to be offered are the integrated property complexes of the State Enterprise Certification Testing Center for Heating Equipment and the State Enterprise Brailiv Juice and Beverage Plant. In addition, the sale of a state-owned stake representing 100% of the authorized capital of Radio Relay Plant JSC has been announced.
As previously reported, in 2024 the State Property Fund of Ukraine sold 55 state-owned enterprises, whose total outstanding creditor debt exceeded UAH 1.6 billion.
